About Me

Colleen Kennedy is an executive coach and educator with over 15 years of experience across leadership development, founding and scaling organizations, and educational leadership. Having served as a consultant, founder, school principal, and classroom teacher, she specializes in guiding mission-driven leaders to achieve high-impact results without sacrificing their well-being.

Throughout her career, Colleen has built and scaled values-led teams, guided executives and teams through major organizational transitions, and designed systems that foster both organizational impact and personal sustainability. Grounded in a commitment to equity, her work is driven by the belief that when leaders thrive, they create a ripple effect that transforms their organizations, families, and communities.

As a coach, Colleen creates a supportive, strategic space for leaders who are navigating rapidly changing environments, building sustainable practices, and working toward meaningful change in the world.

Colleen is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through the Institute for Coaching Innovation and is pursuing her credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds an M.S.Ed from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Government and Psychology. After spending many years in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, she now lives in Seattle with her husband and toddler.
